Quotes

Quotes are based on the information available at the time. Changes to the scope of work, hidden defects or additional materials may affect the final price.

Deposits and materials

Some projects may require a deposit or payment for materials before work starts. This will be agreed before booking.

Customer responsibilities

Customers should provide safe access, parking where possible, and clear information about the work required.

Photos and marketing

We may ask to use completed project photos for our website, Facebook page or Google profile. We avoid showing personal details or customers without permission.

Warranty and defects

If you believe there is an issue with completed work, contact us as soon as possible so we can inspect and discuss the best solution.
